thought i'd share this with you all...

went to court for final hearing of a specific issue order my ex put to move 2 of our kids to a new school nearer her (more for convenience to her and her new partner than any educational benefit)

the magistrates came to the conclusion that their education should not be disrupted and common sense prevailed and they are staying at their current school :woohoo: :woohoo:

I had a great barrister and she was a LIP.

happy days

🙂 🙂 🙂

yes, it certainly is 🙂 🙂

Although since then i have been unable to contact the children 🙁

called the police as i've not heard from them since last monday, and i was a bit concerned. the police went to chack and all ok, but the ex told the police that they (her & new partner) will be returning to court to sort out contact!! this comes from a woman who has been dictating contact since July!! I currently have the kids thur eve to mon eve every other week 8 days a month.
