Does anyone know if its possible for CSA / Authorities to stop my ex from lying to CSA about my employment / jobs / earnings . Having been self employed and quite well off i went to work for a charity taking a very low paid full time job after we split and have had nothing but harrassment from my ex who believes i must be working elsewhere earning shedloads even when i got visits off HMRC / CSA etc to prove my case . I am getting miffed after i gave her the house / car / large amount of money when i left and as i still provide for my daughter even though i have nt seen her in 2 years i feel screwed . Surely there must be a law to protect from multiple false allegations made out of spite and to cause me nothing but distress ?
