I was awarded contact on the 10/09/2013 after it was found all of her allegations were lies !
But still havent seen my son, as i'm waiting for a space to come up in a contact center in London, its now 14 months since I saw him.

So badly orginised its unbelievable !

Anyway, I worried she is going to take my son to southern Ireland where she is from and not return.
I have requested my hearing to be brought forward from Feb to this month sometime.

Do I need a prohibited steps order ? I cant afford one .

Or can I just ask the judge that she needs my permission for him to go away ? I am on his birth certificate and Passport.

Thanks

Mark

Call the court and explain your dilemma, they may just advise that you can bring it up at the next hearing or they may tell you that you have to submit form C2 to apply for a PSO in the existing proceedings...I think that would cost £90 but not completely sure so best to ask.

Perhaps a letter to the judge to explain that you still haven't had any contact with your son and that you fear that she is intending to remove your son from jurisdiction and move to Southern Ireland.
