My ex is refusing to let me take my children on holiday, requested by her 6 months earlier, unless I can guarantee the CSA payments are upto date.
I am self employed therefore struggle when other people dont pay me on time paying the CSA on time.which they are well aware of but payments are always made even if late. So I cant guarantee they will, I will do my best to make sure they are, but surely this has nothing to do with CSA payments
Where do I stand ? I feel I am been blackmailed by her letting me take my children away. Can she do this? What rights do I have has a
father?

How many children do you have and how old?
Where are you planning on taking them and when?
Do you have Parental Responsibility?
In answer to your questions, she shouldn't do this, but there's nothing technically stopping her. As a Father you have equal rights (provided you have PR)... Once you answer the above questions i'm sure we can give some more direct advice 🙂
