Dear All,

Its been a job to get to this point but I thank you all for your advice thus far.

So we went to the first hearing in front of the Judge and things went really well for me, despite her Barrister trying it on, the Judge was not having any of it.

We have now been to mediation and an agreement reached and signed I now need it turned into a Court Order so that she does not treat it with the same disrespect she treated the 'round table' agreement of a few years ago.

What I am asking is how and maybe what do I write in the letter to the judge asking him to see the signed 'enclosed' document and make it a court order.

Would really appreciate your advice.

Kind regards,

Scott

I'm not sure whether the courts still do this, but I'll ask the CCLC to drop by and give some advice.
