I hve a basically amicable relationship with my daughters mother, and my daughter spends part of every weekend with me. I also have as much contact during the week as I want. We made our arrangements without the need for lawyers etc, and I pay approximately what the CSA would require, as well as Stagecoach fees and other sundry things. I also do all the driving - about an hour each way, twice every weekend.
Where a reasonable amout of money is being paid by the father, would the transportation usually be shared? What would a court usually dictate in these circumstances? If the driving continues not to be shared, would a reduction in the amount of money paid be reasonable?
