Hi Folks,
sorry if this is in the wrong place but this is my 1st ever post!
My brother is in the army & is based in Germany. He is married & there are 4 kids living in the marital home, 2 of which are his. I think a marital split is on the cards but I think he is only staying because of his kids because he doesnt know what his rights are. Does anybody know if this would come under UK law, German Law or Military Law?? & does anybody know what his rights are, or where I could find some more info please?

Can I ask was he married in the UK, and where were his children's births registered?
I'm pretty sure the whole situation would come under UK law, but I'll ask the CCLC to give an opinion to be sure.
