well this morning was a bit of a farce....due to a "[censored] up" by the courts document delivery service the judge hasn't had the court case file to go through....despite him being involved in the case for 18mth...he can't proceed without it!
So enforcement hearing adjourned for another week 🙁

so...that's another delay and frustrating morning and wasted day holiday i had to use from work 😡

but on the upside i've a meeting this evening with my little ones school to see how he's doing and what he's been up to.

Sorry to hearI'm getting twitchy now as CAFCASS have still not been in touch despite me phoning last week and asking them to call on Friday as I'm extreamly busy at work this week. When I spoke to them last week they told me they had two days before the hearing to submit the report until I highlighted 2 days prior was a Saturday and they dont work that day.

The fact I have over 200 mile drive an overnight stay and a day off work it;s going to be a massive [censored] up if they dont get their finger out.

give them a call mate! i know that with the amount of fathers on here and in the uk fighting ... coupled with reduced funding from the goernment i'm guessing they'll say its cos they're busy.
but you calling them show you're keen to resolve things...just stay calm with them and not agressive.

sorry to hear that, I too have had a wasted time feeling, had my 2 day fact finding hearing a year after court started and they new right from the start I was disputing DV, they could have ordered this hearing a lot earlier, but then at teh end of it, for the judge to say now I want to send to CAFCASS for their advice.....how very frustrating
