Well after two days in fact finding, the judge has deemed some of my exes allegations true :0(
But what concerns me is she is sending all the files over to carcass , the trial bundle etc etc and judgement and has asked them to produce a report on what contact with the father is appropriate.

What exactly does that mean for me, will that be based long term or can they say, we'll this for now, to be reviewed and then look for this?

I think it's tricky to say - I can see that Cafcass may recommend supervised contact, so be prepared to go along with this rather than fight against it - it's a matter of making the best of a bad situation.

Thats cool with me as I am only asking for supervised contact in a contact centre anyways

Can anyone tell me with supervised contact in contact centres are the mothers there in the room with you and the child aswell?

Hi There,

As far as I know they aren't you would have a staff member there to supervise,

I'd check with the contact centre - when my ex used to come to visit my daughter, there were a number of families in the room.

Thanks I don't mind other families being in the same room, just so long as my ex isn't

Oh, no, that definitely doesn't happen unless you agree otherwise.
