So, after my recent post about my ex wife wanting me sign a contract saying that I will return our children to her after fears that I will not bring them back, she has finally given me the contract.
Due to the fact that 1) it isn't legally binding and 2) I don't agree with some of the things that are written in it as it suits only her, and would like some of it re-written that would be mutually beneficial for the both of us, I haven't signed it.
After telling her that I wont be signing it and that we can't agree on terms that will suit us both, I have told her that I will be instructing my solicitor to help me with the case. The main reason for this is so that once its written down and legal, and set in stone, there is then no comeback for either of us.
I have mentioned mediation before but she doesn't want any of it
Am I being a little OTT???
Thanks in advance
