Dear friends,
Is there a provision for financial order applications to be dealt with urgently (targeting interim order) for reasons such as undue hardship on the applicant, etc. - similar to how urgent application can be requested for child access arrangements order? I attended private MIAM at the start of August 2023 but couldn't apply then as I decided to try mutual resolution for the final time which didn't work out. In Form A, I do see selectable options of Urgency and Previous MIAM attendance under section 3 however they seem to be only for cases where a MIAM exemption is claimed.
Looking forward to guidance.
Many thanks!
