I have not been working for some time now,and have always paid my child maintenance, until my circumstances changed, I have now moved from Jersey C.I. to the UK. looking for work, my problem is in jersey i had to pay nearly £150.00 to apply for a variance hearing, and as i have no money how on earth can i afford to pay for a variance order, this situation is leaving me in more arrears, does anyone know if applying for a variance hearing is as costly in the UK ? or could i get any help with this. ?

Thank you for your time

I wasn't aware of a cost of the variance, but it would be worth ringing the CSA to check on this, assuming you are referring to a variation of CSA maintainence payments.
