Just what hope have us dads got?? Sorry for the Doom and gloom. initially we are up against a bitter EX after separation, then more than likely mediation refusal! so court intervention with so far in between court hearing dates (Baby steps) then shifty solicitors only out for money and reputation. and will try any dirty tactic to succeed in the case. even encourage PAS and child coaching against the father. then cafcass who in my experience don't know their backsides from their elbows. and they seem to listen to the mother more then the father. RANT OVER....
Its good to rant and get it off your chest!!
...Its true Jasey but you just have to keep fighting and work with what you've got...its not easy and can be soul destroying, but giving up isnt an option. Take inspiration from members like Dad-i-d who after years of fighting is finally getting somewhere. With truth on side and mega amounts of perseverence and grit its possible!
