hi need some advice please the mother to my child last week broke dwn to my mom saying she cant cope an tht my daughter is better off with me har dad. so my daughter has been staying at mine two days after she tryed to take her life well self harming. so me an the hole family agree that she is not to see r daughter un supervised. she came tomine yesterday an snatch are daughter i have her back now but need to know what to do or how to go about getting full cust. plz some one help me were do i stand an do i have rites

Are/were you married to the mother?
How old is your daughter?
Are you named on the birth certificate/do you have parental responsibility?
Is there a contact order?

Hi mate thanks for your time my daughter is 1 yrs old me an mom are not married.I am down on the birth certificate. I would neva stop her see r baby just after the self harming an saying she don't want her I dnt think she should be a lone her her. I am looking to take her to court for full custody. Do you think I will get it
