Hi all,
(In Scotland)
Submitted my initial writ to the court today with a couple of interim requests (That she gets residency so I'm 'not about to steal him, and a contact order for me) I'm also going for PR but not as an interim.
The court has fixed an interim hearing for next week (They wanted it within 48 hours but I managed to push it back to be fair to her).
Now I know roughly that she won't have a solicitor to attend and likely to be herself, but what happens AFTER the interim hearing?
