Hi all,
i am in the process of going through a divorce due to my wife committing adultery and i would just like some advice,..someone has informed me that when our little boy (who is 4 at the moment) reaches 18, i can claim for half the marital home. is this correct and what processes do i need to go through,..?

This wouldn't always be the case as the only way to enforce something like that would be to go through court, in most cases the best way is to come up with a split between your selves with the help of mediation if needed.
If you end up in court it could cost you thousands and you may loose more than you gain.
