Hi everybody,

So the C100 is complete and ready to submit after a one no show mediation (she refused to come to Devon) and one failed (when we finally agreed to meet in the middle).

So I am not sure which court I need to submit this to as I live in Plymouth and my son lives in Bedfordshire?

Can anyone help?

( I am sure at some point I will be able to supply some advice, rather than asking all the time!!)

Cheers

You may as well submit in Bedfordshire - the court used is normally the one nearest where the child lives, so even if you submit it locally, it will be transferred to Bedfordshire.

Yep Bedfordshire would be the one. It will delay things if you submitted it in your area, sorry you will have to do the travelling
