Hi, I asked cms for a DNA test because I’m still not on the certificate and she has just moved without saying a word.
do I need to do a c63 decleration of parentage before a c100 or would the c100 cover it all?
she’s moved a different county as well would that mean it needs to be put in the court where she is?

hi,
you can complete c63 and c100 separately and submit at same time. with c100 form it only covers child arrangements. application will be dealt with by a court closest to where the children live/wherever she moved to.
