My wife recently had my daughter off school for two weeks before the half term break, I had lunch with my daughter (also the first time I have seen her in 6 months) and she was telling me all what she had been doing and where she had been (I don't ask any questions about my wife as I don't want this to taint my court action), but my daughter told me she had been to see her grandparents in Germany last week (half term week) and I had absolutley no knowledge of this what so ever. Now how to I complain and what is the best procedure to follow as she has quite blantantly broken the law.

realistically, what are you hoping to achieve by complaining? Ultimately, if your ex goes for a residence order, then she is going to be able to take your daughter on holiday for up to 30 days anyway, so I don't think your ex would get anything more than a stern word.

That's interesting actd, I wasn't sure if she would be liable for prosecution or not. Well she has no intention in applying for residency as she is pursuing the divorce instead (I believe she wants to get re-married). I was thinking if my contact order was successful what would be the likely hood of myself having residency?
