If you are going to write a letter then you will need to address it to the directly to the magistrates dealing with the case. You would include details such as the case number and names of the child and parties involved.

It's always best to stick to the facts, always be polite and try and keep it as brief as possible. Voice any concerns you have with as much evidence to back it up.
