A very good friend of mine who is an aromatherapist recommended that i look on her web site, THE RED TENT AROMATHERAPY COMPANY, i did and found a small bottle of PMT rescue, my friends after a few drops in the bath my Daughter not only found it very calming but slept well and was sweetness and light the next morning, yes this is a shameless plug for a product but i have to tell all those dads out there that this one works and restored the delicate balance that is the "moon phase".
