Hello!

Sleep deprivation is definitely a killer and as others have suggested it's really important to try and help each other nap as often as you can when your daughter is asleep.
I would also suggest that you try and get her into a bedtime routine as you will at least then get your evenings back to enjoy a meal, have some downtime and actually have a conversation with your partner!

If you can introduce a daily bath at around 6pm followed by dim lighting and less stimulation for getting dressed and then having that last feed, she will start to be in bed just before 7pm and soon learn to sleep until nearer 10pm when you can then wake her for a feed before going back to bed for another 3/4 hours. One of you could go to bed earlier and the other stay up for the 10pm feed, then the person who went to bed earlier can get up for the night feed. You work as a team to maximise sleep all round and soon your daughter will sleep for longer in the night from the 10pm feed.

It will absolutely get easier as she gets older and you adjust to less sleep - as well as it now being dark at her bedtime
