Spurgeons and Dad.Info doesn’t investigate reports of abuse or neglect. But below, you can find advice on who to contact if you have concerns about a child or young person.
Reporting a concern
It can be difficult to know what to do if you think a child is at risk. It’s important to remember that if you’ve spotted things that don’t seem right, others will have too. Speaking up can make sure that child gets help as soon as possible.
The sooner you contact your local children’s social care duty team, the quicker they can act. They’re available 24 hours a day, and can make an anonymous report if that feels safer. If a child is in immediate danger, please call the police straight away by dialling 999.

So in 2001 I got divorced and paid maintenance all through my separation when my youngest became employed.
Thanks to the CSA and their absolute disgrace and biased attitude in fuelling arguments. I’ve not seen or heard from my 3 children since 2001.
This issue of everyone thinking the mother is the sole and only person who can look after children and is the sole carer for the children. Absolutely disgust me. I hope the CSA people who dealt with my case are happy that a father has not seen their children or had any input into their lives.
Why haven't you seen your kids? Is you ex saying you are not making the payments?
hi,
how old are your children now? would have been good idea to take court action back then. i don't know what CSA were like back then, but rules now are that we have to pay maintenance whether we are seeing our kids or not.
