Hi people,
You must try this quick and easy recipe for healthy strawberry flavoured Lassi.
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS
500ml fat free plain yogurt
250ml low fat milk
Approximately 20 strawberries
1 Tablespoon honey (optional)
4 ice cubes
METHOD
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
That’s it. Easy!
If you like this recipe, be sure to try other fruit. Blueberries, mangos, bananas and peaches all go down very well.
