Hi Guys,
Because of the growth in membership on the forum we are looking for some new moderators.
DadTalk.co.uk is run by the Family Matters Institute and is funded by the Department of Education.
The role of a DadTalk forum moderator :
to promote interaction, encourage member involvement, helping out members with their queries and making sure forum rules are adhered to, help build a sense of community by generating new threads and keeping other threads alive by asking questions and making comments. The role also involves identifying threads which require expert advice (pregnancy issues or present acute parenting and family problems) and contacting DadTalk Experts and Coaches for their specific input.
Training will be provided for this role.We are looking for moderators to cover various periods during the day and are able to offer successful applicants 2 hours paid work (£10 an hour) a week. Additional unpaid time on the site is actively encouraged as well.
Due to company policy The Family Matters institute are required to conduct a CRB check on all moderators.
Training will be provided.
If these roles are of interest to you please let me know.
It would be great if we can fill some of these roles from current community members. So if you regularly use the forum and feel you have something to offer please let me know.
