Saw this story on the site and wondered if this idea slightly scared any of the dads out there ?

I think that's entirely accurate, so the PCT is doing the next best thing, which I think is responsible. I don't think it would encourage girls to be sexually active if they weren't going to be, and I think education is still the best first step.
