[Solved] 12yro wont see his mum

hi im new here, my name is chris,
im disabled with two children {8/12} my wife left us for another man but before she left she beat me up with my 12yr watching,
shes been gone 1yr now ,my 8yr old sees his mum,but my 12yr wont and hasnt for the last yr,weve had CAFCASS {WASTE OF TIME}
now he has a gaurdian,i thought this person was to help him and tell court his wishes and feelings,but she is only focosed on making him see his mum,i feel he should see her but hes addanment he wont and now feels he is being pushed
his mum only tries when court date is nearing,the gaurdian seens young and more intrested into making him go than finding the reason
[other than blaming me] now ive found out that the solicitor only goes off the report and not my sons wishes can i get him his own solictor
any info would be great,

Welcome to DadTalk! You may find reposting the question in the Legal Eagle of the Forum will get you some answers regarding your son, as this section is just for introducing yourself. Hope that helps! It sounds like your son has had it really tough. Really hope you find the answers you're looking for either from other posts on the Forum or from others getting back to you.
