Hi all, thanks for the forum. Nice to touch base with people during my first pregnancy. I met my wife a year ago, we've had a whirlwind year, relocating to the West Sussex coast, new jobs and home. Conception happened as was hoped on an Alaskan Cruise, somewhere between Seattle and Vancouver.....she has just finished a very difficult 6 week period of intense nausea and sickness which was emotionally draining to watch, 8 week scan showed a beautiful baby, all is well. We are settling in for Christmas with a move to new rented accommodation needed in the New Year. We only moved here in May, and baby is due next May, so looking forward to getting that out of the way, and settling for a few years. As her bump grows bigger each day, the beauty of the whole thing also grows. I am 43, she is 37, we are in full family mode, hoping for a home birth, and more to follow......if anyone else has had a home birth I'd love to hear about it. Cheers for now. Tim.
