hi can someone help me..im helping my brother who has been paying csa for his son now for 8 years...his son is now age 19 and no longer at college he finished his pathfinder course in may. my brother has received a letter from csa stating he still has to pay til he is 20 , im under the impression only if he remains in full time education..n which this will not be the case..as his son my nephew has stated he cant go back to college as ther are no more courses for him to do...his mother reckons she is claiming child benefit and i believe she went to the college to try get him on course in which she was unsuccessful...any advice so i can pass on...thankyou
