Hello, I'm new here too and an also trying to help my son with the devestating news that his partner no longer wants to be in a relationship and intends to move away with his children. It will mean we won't get to see our gorgeous grandchildren as much as we do now, we see them every day. Most importantly my son shares the childcare and he can't believe what's happened. He is studying for his family's future and does not have the means to travel 70 miles away even at weekends. No one else involved apparently, she just wants to end the relationship and move away. We're all heartbroken 🙁

Hi GransKitchen,

Welcome to DAD.
I am so sorry to hear about you and your son's situation. It must be incredibly hard for both of you.

If you would like some child law advice then pop over to the Legal Eagle board.

Keeping talking.

Gooner
