i have a court order in place, i represented myself over a year ago, got exactly what i wanted for the contact with my nine year old son. my sons mother has just broken the order, i have no solicitor due to costs, i have submitted the forms to court for the enforcement order, again at a cost of £200, the same amount as the order cost! i am now wandering, what happens next? and the £200, i never broke the order, can i or will i get the money back from her? after all, she broke the order!!!!
