Evening all

My partner has split from me and told me she is having custody of my little boy, but i am allowed to see him and have him stay over for a couple nights but the problem is we currently rent and have had to give up the house she has tempoary moved in with her mum about to give her job up (8hrs a week) and claim everything off the goverment. The trouble is I can not afford to rent on my own a place adequate to have my little boy stay over, so I am currently sofa surfing which means I have no chance and no where to take my little boy, where do I stand.

Regards

Hi and welcome on here.

I'm afraid I have little knowledge in this area - I would think that it would be worth contacting the housing officer of your local council, and possibly any housing associations, but I would imagine, I'm afraid, that you would not be classed as a priority..
