hi
new dad to the forum, but i've been through the mill, lol. My daughters birth mother and I are now in 3 court battles over our daughter and looks like its never gonna stop. I have spent the last three and a half years being pushed around and having horrendous accusations against me and the rest of my family, just recently we have had a break through......the authorities are starting to see what the mother is really like......my family has been damed in the press and internet...my other children and close friends have been put through [censored]......ive represented myself in 3 court cases already and each time have put her and her solicitor in their place.......dont give up ........the mother took my little one away from me for a month over xmas.....battled her in court and got her back......her face on saturday made all the stress worry and sleepless nights worth it........dont give up........im not legally trained or have an expensive education......im just a dad who loves his children with all my heart and cant survive without them........

welcome to the site mate,

Sounds like you have been through the wringer over the last 3 years. How have you managed to keep yourself together over that time ?

I love it when Dads who have experience of the system and are able to offer advice join us.

How many kids do you have ? what are their ages ?

Really looking forward to chatting with you.

Hi gooner

What a fantastic site.......

I have 6 children in all, the eldest is 20 and my little one is 4, been married to the same woman for 20 years, but.... my fault,I left her a few years back and had a child with another woman...... my 4 year old. Its her mum im going through court with.
My wife took me back and has stood by me tooth and nail, has helped me bring up my little girl as her own.....yep she is amazing......the story is really long and has so many twists and turns...... but today ive just proved her solicitors are in contempt of court !!!!!! lol it just keeps getting better.......maybe ill write a book about it one day.......or become a solicitor myself lol

Hi there and welcome to the site

My question is why did you leave this seemingly wonderful woman?

Did you fall for the "new model" and find out the grass is definitely not greener.

Hope it all works out for you
