Yep,

I had to fill one out, bit of a pain from what I remember, you had to list EVERYTHING you spend money on.

My advice would be put down everything no matter how small, but be realistic, my ex put down that she spent something like £400 a month on food alone for her and my (then 6yr old son) and then listed cleaning materials, eating out and toiletries on top if we'd have gone to court I have a feeling hers would have been ripped apart.

Look at bank statements as it will give you an idea as to where your money goes and there will always be direct debits you have forgotten about, like for me i'd forgotten my contact lenses at £30 a month.

It may also be a good opportunity to consider what you really need and what is a luxury

Often things like Sky are considered a luxury

To be fair with the "form e" what is considered when it is presented in court for financial settlement is what out goings you have and from that the judge will look at how to make a financial order.

So I would list everything you spend money on even luxuries as you can put money on the fact that the other party will and if you leave your statement without expenses that you have on it you could loose out.
