hi I hope that this post will cheer at least some of us up.
My ex has put the claim through CSA demanding child maintenance.
I was contacted by them asking for information. I have replied by filling the form in and added additional information querying who is the resident parent.
I have stated that neither me or my Ex are caring for the child due to the child being overseas. My ex has brought the lil' one to UK thinking that she needs to show that the child exists and this should sort the case.
CSA has contacted her back asking to prof residency .... and she has failed to do that 🙂
CSA has rung me back saying that they understand that the claim was not genuine and they have asked me to collect more evidence just in case if my EX will re-open the case. LOL
It looks like there are people there who understand that the role of man is not just to pay for your ex's pleasures 🙂
I am filing for residential order soon and hopefully will have the fight finished with a court's verdict.
this proves that we are able to win with CSA 🙂
