Hello.

Ive been using the website for a couple of weeks now to gain advice and info. Very Very good. So why not join.

Going through major contact issues at the moment after a separation a while ago. The stage I am at is ive just handed my C100 forms into my local court...(gulp).

Basically over a period of over a year...the mother of my two gorgeous girls has slowly whittled away contact to nothing. The nail in the coffin for me emotionally was Christmas, only allowing to let me see them for an hour and a half on Christmas day.. This really damaged me upstairs. Anyhow, dusted off and after weeks of banging my head against my scolicitiors walls not returning my calls etc, i just decided to take all matters into my own hands and do it myself. She has not let me see them since Christmas day. Its killing me but I will get there in the end. There is no valid reason for all of this. Apart from the concealment of a new relationship. And a resentment towards mine.

I look forward to chatting and getting as much help/advice as I can and even offer advice to others that may be on the brink of this happening.

Cheers...
