While ploughing through the internet searching for any beacon of light in the dark I found this place and am relieved to find we are not alone.
I am, along with my family , helping my son to find the best way to assist and support him and help my grandchildren have a happy life. At the moment that is fairly painful and is involving much heartache.

But just wanted to say hello

Molly 🙂

Welcome Molly, glad you found us, and as you can see, you aren't the only granny on here 🙂

Gooner - at this rate, we might have to rename the site 😀

Maybe there could be a board for Grannies on this forum? 😉

I don't want to go into too much as it's an open forum but it's very nasty and acrimonious and my son is fighting for his kids and I am trying to tough it out with him amid accusations of domestic violence and all sorts of things that are just so easy to say and hard to prove your innocence as it's one persons word against another.
I look at what goes on and how bad some women behave just to twist the knives and I remember my own divorce and I can sleep at night and know that my ex husband and I can enjoy a Sunday lunch with our partners, all the kids, the grandchildren and we are better people because we did the right thing for each other.
I can't believe that this treachery and deceit can go on in 2013

Hello Molly & Welcome,

Sadly, the more the years go on the better the treachery seems to get (Sadly). But, as I'm sure you have seen, we are all here and willing to lend you an ear to listen with when you need us. 🙂

John
