having read legal advice it seems in england is more simple to raise contact access than in scotland anybody help with how to raise court action for contact access in scotland without lawyers as i dont qualify for legal aid as im just over the threshfold on earnings and dont have 2000pds to start action any help appreciated

I would read yoji's guide to representing yourself to give you a general idea of what is involved - it's designed around the English system, but it's a good start.
