Hi All,

Happy new Year to you...

My New year hasn't started how expected :-(....... CSA!!

Can anyone advice please.... I have been paying this for last 4.5yrs and I was under impression that when my child turned 19 I would no longer need to pay my EX partner ( but still support my daughter through uni if so wished)... My Daughter turned 19 today but I recently recieved a letter from CSA informing me that I am to continue to pay for another year until she is 20! Something about changes that took place in October?? Is anyone else aware of this???

My court papers state that I were to pay until she left school or turned 19! so as you can imagine am totally deflated by this latest letter, was hoping to have a little bit more control of my money 🙁

Many Thanks
