Hi,

I am just about to send off the c100 form. I have tried for the past year to be flexible to all my ex's demands, but the last 3 months since she has found out I have a new partner, she has been unbearable and is constantly breaking agreements, ignoring my calls/texts and launching into a full propaganda war with my 2 children (5 and 4) and emotionally poisoning them against me. I have no faith in the mediation we are undergoing as she is determined to ruin my life and my relationship with my children.

That's the short version!

The divorce is underway and for the c100 I have decided to represent myself in court.

All I am after is some advice from anyone that has done this, doing it.

Sounds like my ex. but after a year of divorce and 'agreement' she is pretty much doing exactly as you have described.

It is a shame when people need to turn children against the other partner, my girls are changing from generous giving team players into selfish and spoilt little things but you cant stop loving them!

Good luck to us all!

Hi

Yoji has been through the process representing himself, so he's probably best placed to give you advice on this, but have a read through his past posts (you can pull up all posts for a particular member on the forum) in the meantime, as they are full of useful stuff.

Also, because you don't have a solicitor, the Children's Legal Centre should be able to give lots of advice, so give them a call also.

Good luck on this, and keep us posted on here.
