Hi and welcome.

Do you want to tell us a bit more about yourself? 🙂

Hi,

Not much to tell to be honest, i split up from my son mum over a year ago and things are tenuous. Typical use of the child to get her own way applies - as for many.

I have strong view against the discrimination in the courts and support fathers for justice to some degree.

Simples 🙂

Hi Vaz,

Welcome aboard.

Have you been through the court process?

No, luckily she "came to her senses" in time.

I had spoken a solicitor so was told about they way things would run but was lucky enough to be able to avoid it

That sounds like a result - presumably you have good access to your son?

Best way to describe it is tenuous from my side.

I am allowed to see if she gets her own way - luckily here own way is not too excessive. Reading some of the threads from people I feel far luckier then some.
