Hi Sammychef and welcome 🙂

Huge congratulations on becoming a Dad, it can be pretty overwhelming and its completely understandable and normal to feel sidelined...theres lots of re-evaluation going on, as well as changed priorities and lack of sleep... all contribute to feeling a bit adrift!

So, how are you doing? 🙂
