Hi all, new to this so be patient with me please. can anyone help me regarding legal aid... what are the limits/criterior also did the government recently pass a law stating if one person had legal aid the opposing party could also get it?

Hi Nick,

Welcome to the site.

I'm not really 100% on legal aid however as far as I know one party can claim it without the other being entitled to claim
