Hey All

My missus has been bugging me for ages to join some sort of forum and honestly i could see myself posting messages on "mumsnet" or whatever other ones she looks on but came across this one so thought i would give it a shot.

My name is Deane and I have 2 autistic children (Bella who is 6 and has Aspergers and Ollie who is 4 and has ASD) and i guess i have joined this group to seek support from others who may be going through or have gone through some of the "challenges" that we are facing at the moment.

Would be good to find out what other peoples views are on the whole "education" scenario which is giving us more stress than anything else.

Deane

Hi Deane,

Welcome to the forum. Really hope you find the forum & rest of Dadtalk useful.

What have been your experiences of education for your kids?

Hi there and welcome to the forum

I think you would be able to support others who are in similar situations - how did you find out, react to the news and learn to cope with it?
