Hi There,

Welcome to the forum.

I don't have any experience of this, but just wanted to say hi.

It must be tough to be apart for so long, but I bet it makes the time you have together all the more special.

Hi,

I know there aren't any words strong enough that can describe how painful this must be for you, but you have to hang tough and no matter how difficult it is somehow let her know you are always there for her; you don't say how old your daughter is, has she access to a mobile, i-pad, laptop or pc, you can then arrange with your ex so can talk and see her using Skype. Good luck, I hope this helps.
