Hi thought I would kick off this new area on the forum.

I'm not new to the forum - I'm a moderator, very very late 30's (about as late 30's as you can get 😉 ) - I am Dad to a 13 yo girl and I live in Bedfordshire.

Looking forward to all the intro's from new members of the DadTalk Community 😀

See nothing to it.

Hi all,
I'm around at home all the time as I look after the little ones.
I just noticed I've been on Dad Talk for a year. I enjoy posting here (especially in the relaxing 'Jokes, Gadgets and Games' board)

... anyone for a cup of tea?

Aha, so does that mean I should start a new thread called PARTY 😆 😆
It might get a bit of momentum if we synchronised ourselves and ate cake and fizzy pop at the same time 😀

Hi all

Looks like I am a relative newcomer!!!

Have been on the site for several months now and enjoy posting things when I can and offering the odd bit of advice (hopefully useful!)

I have 2 boys aged 12 and 10, work full time in HR and spend part of most weeks away.

You may have noticed I support Liverpool and play golf (or at least try to!)

Look forward to "talking" to you all soon

Mario

@calito10 - EAT IT NOW !!!! We've already eaten our cakes 🙂
In the last 3 days I've had help from toddler to make 2 apple cakes. He ate some of the apple and did some mixing. So the 'PARTY' gives us an excuse to make another and this time follow the recipe 😀

Hi Guys - I'm an old hand at this staying at home looking after the kids malarky (almost reached the point that they could look after me).

I say that Women folk have been hiding what a great number this stay at home parenting is. OK - so I have lost all my hair, gained a nervous tick, but hey....

Good to meet you all.

Hi All,

I'm a conventional dad - work during the day but my kids (20, 17 and 11) are now old enough to get themselves to school and back. Live in Hertfordshire with my wife, three children as above, and one of my two step children (other one is 25 and is a regular visitor)

Like the idea of a virtual party on here 🙂 )

Hi I'm mags a new moderator, I am a mum to 3 kids ( although two of them would hate the description as they are 23 & 20). 😀

Hi Guys - I'm fairly new here myself so thought I'd join in as well....Goonerplum we've already chatted as you're kindly doing our Be a Runner Be a Gunner event!

I work for Great Ormond Street and quite often have quite blokey type events to tell you about. Shout if you want to know anything else from me.

Cheers Chris
