New here so thought it polite to introduce myself.
I'm Darren 36 from South west, been divorced for 2 years and have had contact issues and restrictions put in place by my ex.
Thought I'd join as a way to vent and get advice.

When you do ask for advice please remember not to name anyone ie the x wife!
