you might of read my topic about my 14 year old daughter moving in with me lol.

here is an update , my daughter has finally stood up to her mother and told her she did,nt want to speak to her , after police involvement for harrassment etc.
she spoke to my daughter on my front stating she is moving this sunday and she has told no one but my daughter .
sounds to me she is running away again , but dosent the truth catch up with you.

she has also accused me of turning my daughter againest her , and making trouble for her family , but i only have a problem with her not her family .
she then states she moving away and if our daughter wants to contact her then to ring her if she is needed , lol but she won,t tell us were she is moving even thou she knows she is going to court.
she stated she is moving with her 2 kids , but in fact she has 3 still at home , so which child is she dumping on who now.

it beggars believe that my daughter has been failed by everyone who should of noticed there was problems in the first place. her mother has constantly lied , moved house , schools and got other family members to protect her.

social services , educational welfare services have also failed her in a big way

i,m fuming

This sound tough! Is your daughter still living with you? Are you going to apply for custody? I would think that you would have a good chance of getting it if your daughter is wanting to live with you.
