hi there
Can any one give me a bit of quick advice please . My wife and I are getting a divorce we've been split for over two years . I see my kids 10 and 8 on a regular basis and I pay the mortgage on the house . I have now heard through a third party that she is moving them away from the area in with her new man ,changing their schools etc and she intends to move this week end ,as neither of us yet has legal custody of the kids ,can she do this and can I ask them if they want to stay with me and my new partner ?

It might be worth you having a conversation with your ex & finding out if what you've heard is true. Then it's down to whether you want to apply for custody of your kids. Have your kids ever expressed an interest of living with you & how much time do you currently spend with them?
