Hello world. A soon to be single dad of 38 and will be looking after my 2 sons (3 and 8yrs old) when my partner leaves in the next month or so (gulp).

Hopefully I'll find some useful info and be able to contribute in my own weird way, just dont ask about the username. Its just a dumb one Ive stuck with over the years.

Hi Melvbot,

Welcome to DadTalk. There's loads of info here on the forum and on the main site - and the other members of the DadTalk membership are also a great source of info and opinions 🙄

Your partners leaving next month - sounds a very amicable split (if I'm being to nosey - tell me to but out). I bet your over the moon that you'll be looking after your kids.

I'm looking forward to reading your posts.
